I am who I am

I am who I am. I understand that it is easier for others to see me through various labels. These labels include: actress, trainer, author of song lyrics and books, fisherman, motorcyclist, mother, wife, friend, Estonian. In a way, I embody a little bit of each of these, yet at the same time, I do not fully fit any of them. I am trying to understand myself and life. Driven by this curiosity, I have studied psychology and later completed acting training, listening to those whom I believe see the bigger picture and have gained insight. I am constantly moving forward, and I find it fascinating to be a part of this world.

I know that it’s possible to exist in a way where you feel like nothing is being controlled—emotions can overwhelm you, tasks can become burdensome, and there is an constant urge to run in a certain direction, which can lead to overthinking. Nothing changed for me overnight. However, I am grateful for the experience that led me into a long-lasting mental black hole, where no brighter solutions or opportunities seemed to exist. I have slowly learned to understand myself and the world around me. I enjoy being balanced and seeing the bigger picture—it makes life much more enjoyable. It seems that some of my insights have also been beneficial to others, and I am happy when I can help people untangle their troubles with a simple tip or trick.
